When you register for the Balexert 20km of Geneva, we use an independent ticketing platform called Njuko. On this platform, we collect your personal information, medical information, emergency contacts, kit size, and additional services purchased. Any financial information is known and stored only by Njuko.

We will use this information to contact you regarding your participation in the event. We do not sell any of this information to third parties.

When you register with Njuko, we export the information and store it in an internal database.

We also import your email address into Arenametrix and Sendinblue to keep you updated with the latest information about the Balexert 20km of Geneva. Please refer to the Sendinblue section for more details on Sendinblue's policies.

Samaritains Genevois

We use Samaritains Genevois to provide medical assistance for the Balexert 20km of Geneva. Before the event, we share your personal information, medical information, and emergency contacts with our medical assistance provider.

PhotoRunning

We use PhotoRunning, a third-party company, to provide a photo service at the Balexert 20km of Geneva, allowing you to purchase your photos after the event or download your personalized race certificate.

We share the following information with PhotoRunning: bib number.
